I am a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate personal trainer with 10 years’ experience of the fitness industry. One of my main interests is really looking for practical ways of improving my client’s quality of life with effective exercise sessions, a balanced diet and achievable lifestyle changes.

Together we will set your fitness goals at your first session and I can guarantee I will give you 100% commitment to helping you achieve your targets.

I have experience of working with people from all walks of life, all levels of fitness, and have improved the quality of life for 100’s of clients.

I can give you the full package, 1-2-1 training, nutritional guidance and most importantly motivation and continuous support through the good times and the bad.

I regularly train for and take part in half marathons; I enjoy skiing and trekking holidays, my motto is “work hard and play hard!”
